Whether you are a successful, published writer looking for time away from the hustle and bustle to re-envision your writing career, or a newbie filled with ideas who lacks the confidence and knowledge to put your dreams in motion, this retreat is for you. It's time to approach your writing with a sense of creative play and the fun of releasing your imagination and letting it soar!
You'll have personal time during the day to write along with group time to work with dreams, tarot, and other imaginative tools to keep those words flowing and your connection to your Muse strong.
And, you'll have the support and encouragement of a very special group of women.
This retreat is for EVERYONE. If you love that group dynamic of sharing, you are encouraged to do so. If you prefer not to share and instead want to work with your inner muse, that is equally encouraged. However YOU choose to spend your time will be honored.
Are you someone who:
· Needs peace and quiet inside to create space for the writing?

Did you know that what are known as the Major Arcana of the Tarot are really archetypes of the human experience? And, perfect inspirations for your major characters! Added to that is the visual imagery and symbology of the Tarot. Using it as a tool of inspiration to spark some out of the box thinking gets you out of your logical mind and into your creative one in new and interesting ways.
By now you've all heard how Stephenie Meyer dreamt the book that became Twilight into being. Working with your dreams gives you access to a world of hidden impulses, motivation and story-telling experiences. Your own life has connections that can take you through history, into the world of myth and magic and deep into what motivates you. Learning how to work with your dreams for writing inspiration opens doors to new ways of self-expression.
